The Procedure:

Complete the Bill Express payment form
Affix your account number on the form.
(If your account number is less than seven digits, place sufficient zeros before the account number to ensure it has seven digits.)

Attach the four digit product code at the end of your account number.
Example:

Account Number Product type code

1015253 1001 (for shares)

2537312 2515 (for motor vehicle loan)

N.B: Please ensure that all the relevant information, which includes the account number and product code, is written on the form.
